Product Introduction
The AiLF L20 is a portable remote laser methane detector designed for fast and precise leak identification in industrial and natural gas applications. By measuring methane from a distance, the L20 allows operators to screen suspected areas and pinpoint potential leak sources without direct contact.
Precise Leak Pinpointing
The L20 can be equipped with a sight scope for long-distance aiming, helping operators target specific pipes, valves, equipment, and other suspected leak points. A green-dot sight also supports accurate targeting during daylight inspection.
Fast Field Verification
With rapid methane measurement and immediate on-screen results, the L20 helps operators quickly verify abnormal gas signals during inspection. Configurable visual and audible alarms provide additional notification when methane is detected.
Four Inspection Modes
The L20 provides High Sensitivity, Building, Pipeline, and Auto modes, allowing operators to select an inspection method according to the target and working environment. This supports different leak screening and verification tasks with one portable device.
Designed for Industrial Inspection
The handheld design makes the L20 suitable for routine inspections across natural gas pipelines, industrial facilities, storage areas, and other gas infrastructure. Remote sensing also allows operators to inspect locations that may be difficult to approach directly.
Simple Operator Workflow
A large LCD provides direct measurement information during operation, while the mobile inspection application can support field data handling. The combination of remote detection, targeting assistance, multiple scan modes, and alarms makes the L20 suitable for practical leak inspection workflows.
