Product Introduction
The AiLF G10 is a handheld TDLAS methane detector designed for professional natural gas leak inspection. It combines laser-based methane measurement with an internal gas pump and flexible sampling accessories, allowing operators to perform direct inspection with a handheld probe or integrate the detector with a trolley or electric bicycle for mobile surveys.
Self-Calibrating Measurement
A built-in gas reference enables the G10 to continuously self-calibrate during operation, helping maintain stable measurement performance without relying on frequent manual calibration. This design supports consistent methane detection during extended field inspections.
Full-Range Gas Measurement
The G10 supports full-range methane measurement with readings available in ppm, %LEL, and %VOL. This allows the same instrument to be used for different stages of gas leak inspection, from low-level leak detection to higher-concentration gas measurements.
High-Flow Sampling and Filtering
An integrated high-flow gas pump and efficient filtering system support rapid sampling and measurement. The detector can be connected to a sampling probe or mounted on a trolley or electric bicycle, providing flexibility for different inspection environments and survey methods.
Fast Methane Leak Inspection
Based on TDLAS laser absorption spectroscopy, the G10 provides fast methane measurement with a response time of 0.1 s. Its selective laser detection method is designed to support accurate methane quantification during pipeline and facility inspection.
Flexible Field Deployment
The G10 is suitable for both direct handheld inspection and mobile sampling applications. This makes it adaptable to natural gas pipelines, industrial facilities, storage areas, and other locations requiring efficient methane leak surveys.
